If Houston would take this approach we wouldn't have 15K people homeless every night Great job

Great comment! With the help of stimulus funds, the state of Massachusetts has been able to take a proactive approach to preventing homelessness and its clearly making a difference in the lives of many people. It sounds like you are from Houston. (Where did you read my blog?) What are some of the issues the homeless population is struggling with there?
