Today I submitted my proposal for the Fiscal Year 2011 (FY11) Budget.
On our budget site, you can review a helpful guide to the budget process and can fully navigate my budget proposal.
We will have announcements in the coming weeks about other ways we are trying new, smarter or cheaper ways to deliver public services through this crisis. Knowing we don’t have a corner on every good idea, I invite anyone who has an idea on how to serve the public better for less money to pass it along to me.
Please share your input and feedback in the comments below and know that you can also engage with the my office on Twitter, YouTube, and by emailing or calling us.

I believe are members are trying to do a good job at balancing the budget. But as a citizen I believe we the people need to do more as well.

I think that the state is taking appropriate action with the budget and spending plan. As a person I know that it is impossible to get it 100% correct and accurate but I feel like our elected members are working hard on this difficult task.
